                                                                            Jobs Description

          1- Project Manager
  •  Fundraising, grants management. 
  •  Writing and developing project proposals and proposals towards fundraising / securing grants. Reports and proposals to funding organizations.
  • Devise and implement an editorial plan for our projects social network pages and grant-making web presence as part of an overall communication strategy. 
  • Proficient at writing press releases and other necessary communication.
  • Pleasant and responsible communicator.

“All above tasks will be completed under the supervision of the AML Communication Coordinator or and with the Directors”

            2- Social media content creators 

  •  Creating & posting social media content for the AML’s various social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium,  LinkedIn and YouTube).
  • Creating and implementing social media planning for social media content.
  • Developing social media campaigns related to specific AML activities and goals (such as fundraising).
  • Monitoring & evaluating social media post performance.
  • Evaluating & adjusting social media strategy in accordance with the AML communications strategy.
  • Closely following Moroccan and international news and social media.
  • Actively driving engagement on social media.
  • Graphic design.
  •  Websites management.

  • Skills and qualifications
  • 2-3 year of practical experience in cultural project management communication, social media content creation and social media management. 
  •  Fluent in spoken and written (including typing) of Arabic and English. French is an asset.
  • Experience with social media and online platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and WordPress.
  • Experience in writing, editing and creating creative and engaging content for arts and culture initiatives organizations, festivals’ communication channels. 
  • Ability to self-manage and communicate remotely.
